About This Wine

M. Chapoutier's single-vineyard cuvée is made from very old Syrah vines from the lieu-dit Les Bessards, on the granite soils of Hermitage. A deep and concentrated wine, currently evolving, with aromas of blackcurrant, licorice, leather and graphite, and a long finish.
